Looks like for better functionality we would need to find an "app" which uses "Internet*Cookie* APIs to access cookies." I do not have ANY cookies for regular IE11 session. I have those like 20 that are from when IE11 is started as Admin. I have ONLY the file "Deprecated.cookie" in the folder that used to be for IE11 cookies.
